Major renovation to an authentic 1800s Georgian Colonial in North Shore, Massachusetts
20 month timeline
The Bullises first met Tim when they bought a townhouse he was framing. Impressed with his professionalism, they chose Tim to build out their basement. Three years later, they hired him to put and addition on the townhouse. Then they bought a house and didn’t think of anyone else but Tim to manage all improvements they planned to make the house their dream home.
“He was the champion of the whole project,” says Linda. “He coordinated everything - the renovations to the existing part of the house, building the new rooms, and managing the workflow of the plumbers, electricians, roofers, siders... he even helped the architect.”
Tim travelled from the Cape five days a week for on-site project management. “He was very faithful to the project and communicated everything we needed to know at each stage and was always gracious,” says Linda.
Tim did all he contracted to do, and then some. He even fixed a leaky roof and frozen pipes. He’s a very honest person - that’s huge for us.” - Gene & Linda Bullis
