About Tim Sherry Homes
Tim Sherry has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 16 years but his history goes back to the 1930’s. His grandfather opened an Electrical Contracting Company which passed on to his father in the 1960’s. In 1992, Tim began his career in Construction. “Working with all the trades in the beginning was important for me. I pulled wires, plumbed bathrooms, poured concrete, framed houses...I learned as much as I could about every trade to better understand their part in the building process.” That knowledge helps Tim today to keep an eye on quality and to anticipate each subcontractors needs.
Building spec homes in the late 1990’s gave Tim an eye for keeping budgets in line. “When you’ve put your own money at risk first, you get a keen appreciation for controlling costs. It helps me communicate better with my clients and keeps their budgets in check.”
Today, Tim has helped many clients with their homebuilding or remodeling needs. “We treat our clients’ homes as if they were our own. Every project we do becomes a part of us because we make strong connections with our clients. The relationship is not just for the project duration. We work hard to earn their loyalty and provide long-term value.”
